Our system will be designed to specially manage the data of every owner, tenant and guest, including all tools and equipment used. For the building to be rented out, this system will set the stage to collect data from tenants, the schedule for rental payments and the collection period, whereby it becomes easy for the management to efficiently monitor the rental within the time allotted, be it monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Monitoring in this system will come in a form of a report according to the established time-table. The report will also list the synergy between the operational process and the financial process, so that the whole system can be analysed with ease.
