Hary Tanoesoedibjo
President Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada in 1988, and MBA from Ottawa University, Canada in 1989.
Mr. Tanoesoedibjo is the founder and Executive Chairman of MNC Group, which focuses on three business activities: Media, Financial Services and Entertainment Hospitality.
In the media business, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo manages 4 national FTA television networks with almost 50% national audience share and 3 Pay TV services using satellite and fixed broadband networks with more than 10 million subscribers.
In the digital media and entertainment, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo also controls the largest AVOD, SVOD and premium super apps called RCTI+ and Vision+ which have combined monthly active users of more than 100 million, with content variety to include videos, news & articles, podcast, audio series, radio streaming, UGC competition, music, online casting, novel based stories, comics and casual games.
The group also owns various portals and news apps with total monthly active users exceeding 80 million, and operates Multi Channel Networks (MCN) on various social media with traffic of more than 1.5 billion every month.
Content production is also the group’s strength. The group produces more than 20,000 hours of best quality digital and non-digital video content every year with library of more than 300,000 hours, owns the largest IPs related to content, publishes more than 65,000 articles every month, uploads 500-700 video clips on the social media every day and manages more than 500 talents under its talent management. Soon, the group will launch its mobile games and enter into NFTs and metaverse.
In financial services, MNC Group has integrated financial services from banking, credit cards, securities brokerage in Indonesia and New York, general and life insurance, consumer finance & leasing, asset management and fintech to include e-money, e-wallet and remittance as well as payment gateway. Currently, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo is focusing on the integration of his securities trading app, e-money/wallet and digital banking.
In the entertainment hospitality, the group’s portfolio includes MNC Lido City, a 3,000 hectare prestigious entertainment resort in the Greater Jakarta area with a special economic zone permit. The group also owns several office buildings and hotels in Jakarta & Surabaya such as Park Hyatt Jakarta, The Westin Resort & Convention Centre in Bali and MNC Bali Resort.
As an established entrepreneur, Mr. Tanoesoedibjo actively advises the government and the parliament on economic matters and regularly gives speeches at various national and international events. He is also active in giving general lectures in various universities across Indonesia on the subject of entrepreneurship and strategic management. Mr. Tanoesoedibjo has a passion to groom young Indonesians to be like him. So far, he has given lectures in more than 180 universities
M. Budi Rustanto
Commissioner
Indonesian Citizen, domiciling in Jakarta. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology. He was appointed as the Company's President Director, based on the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on July 13,
2022. Currently, he also serves as the President Commissioner of PT GLD Property, President Commissioner of PT MNC Graha Bali, President Commissioner of PT MNC Land Bali, President Commissioner of PT MNC Land Lido, President Commissioner of PT MNC Land Surabaya, President Commissioner of PT MNC Graha Surabaya, President Commissioner PT MNC Lido Resort, President Commissioner of PT MNC Lido Hotel, President Commissioner of PT MNC Wahana Wisata, Commissioner of PT Global Jasa Sejahtera, and Commissioner of PT MNC Agro Wisata.
He started his career as Marketing & System Engineer Manager at IBM (1980-1989) before joining MNC Group in 1989. He previously served as the President Commissioner of the Company (2011-2013 and 2019-2022), Commissioner of PT Global Jasa Sejahtera (2012-2020), Commissioner of PT MNC Land Bali (2013-2019), President Commissioner of the Company (2011-2013), President Director of the Company (2007-2011), Deputy President Director of the Company (2013- June 2019), President Commissioner of PT MNC Graha Surabaya (2012-2019), President Commissioner of PT MNC Land Surabaya (2012- 2019), Commissioner of PT Nusadua Graha International ( 2012-2017), President Director of PT GLD Property (1999-2009), Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk, and the Head of the Central Data Processing Division of PT Global Mediacom Tbk (1989).

Indonesian citizen, domiciling in Jakarta. He obtained his Bachelor degree from University of Indonesia in Jakarta. He was appointed as Director of the Company based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on June 24, 2019.

Citizen of Indonesia, He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia in the year 1994. Before joining the company he worked as a Corporate Account Officer in a number of banks until 1999, Senior Manager IBRA Asset Management Credit Division (1999-2004), worked in the Bakrie Group as a Chief Finance Officer at PT Bali Nirwana Resort and PT Bakrie Nirwana Semesta, and Director in a number of subsidiaries under the Bakrieland Development Tbk (2004-2013). He joined the MNC Group since 2013 as a Chief Finance Officer in a number of subsidiaries under MNC Land. Currently he is appointed Chief Finance Officer (2020-current).

Citizen of Indonesia. Born in Tangerang, 24 May 1977. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the STIE Perbanas Jakarta in the year 2000. Formerly, worked as Staff Accounting, Back Office and Marketing at Bank Mega (2000 – 2005), Staff Finance and Treasury Section at PT. Global Informasi Bermutu (2005 – 2011), Staff Admin and Personal Assistant to Executive Chairman MNC Group (2011 – 2017), Managing Director PT. BSR Indonesia (2017 – current), Managing Director PT. Global Jasa Sejahtera (May 2020 – to date)
Junita Sari Ujung
Director
Indonesian citizen. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of North Sumatra and her Master's degree in Notarial Affairs from the University of Indonesia. She was appointed as Director of the Company based on the Resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on July 13, 2022.
She has more than 26 years of experience in Land Development, Permit, Legal Property, and Hospitality. Previously, she worked at Duta Pertiwi, Sinarmas Land Group, and handled various projects, including BSD City, Kota Wisata, Legenda Wisata Cibubur, and other projects. She also worked at Suryamas Group and handled several projects such as, among others, Rancamaya Golf Estate and Harvest City. Furthermore, she also ever worked at PT Cowell Development Tbk handling the Lexington Residence, Villa Melati Mas projects, as well as other projects in Jakarta, Tangerang, East Java and Kalimantan.
In 2015, she joined the Company and served as Group Head of Legal, Land Acquisition, and Litigation at PT MNC Land Tbk, in which she handled several projects of the Company's subsidiaries, including those in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Bali. She also served as Group Head of Land at MNC Group.
